I accidentally removed the default 'applet' that comes with Ubuntu that lets you shutdown/restart/suspend, how do I add it back onto my taskbar? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Right click on the panel where it was, select "add to panel" and find whatever you want to add. I guess what you are looking for is called "indicator applet session".

Edit:yeah its the one ^he^ said.

Thanks max and pietro, that did the trick. The name itself wasn't obvious at what it did.
