Does something like this exist for Google chrome or Chromium? It just helps with my eyes, rather then zooming & resizing to have it at a certain percent for text and webpages

I need that too.
Chrome shows some tiny fonts in some webpages.

Try this extension:

https://chrome.google.com/extensions/search?q=Zoomy

"Changes zoom level according to screen resolution".

no squint is also great for fixing the colours on ugly looking websites.

it's one of the main reasons i'm sticking with firefox on Ubuntu even though it runs like a pig compared to how it does on xp on the same computer.

chrome is so much faster, but lacking in addons to replace essentials like no squint and also i'd like to add buttons for various things - it's so minimal....

so i'm still using ctrl + on just about every site to get it up to a decent size

A thread from the dead - but this tip seems to meet most of my needs.
