AOL Email Retrieval with Thunderbird

I have set up to access my emails from AOL using Thunderbird, I must have done it right, as I have received some. But most of the time it comes up with Failed to connect with server....etc.

Does anyone else have this problem.

if everything is set up as per that guide, you'll need to troubleshoot your connection / setup
