Upgraded Ubuntu to 9.1 and loaded Grub 1.97 – Beta 4. Now having problems dual booting on a lap top with Windows XP. Dual booting worked fine with 9.0.4 and Grub.....
The Grub menu loads but when trying to use the arrow keys to move down to Windows XP, the system freezes. A power down is then needed to restore. Ubuntu will load fine if I let it time out or select, but I now cannot dual boot as I did in the past. Can someone suggest a fix?
