After Linspire was bought up by Xandros they announced that they would keep Freespire alive and this would be the open version of Xandros OS and soon they would release Freespire 5.0. It has been a long time now and there is no word on that from Xandros. It seems that Xandros has dropped the idea of keeping Freespire anymore and soon they may close the distro. Anyone of you have any news about Freespire? :)
