I've googled and read some of the threads on here but didn't find much to fit my needs.

I have two Samsung monitors (LCD):

1. SyncMaster T240
2. SyncMaster 2043SNX

I installed Ubuntu 9.10 (latest download) 64 bit edition and upon first install, the screens were both displaying the same image but the mouse was capable of traveling across both.

I did a Administration > Hardware Drivers and was shown two disabled nVidia drivers versions 173 and 185, the latter being the recommended, so I activated that driver and rebooted and voila, screen looks awesome but only the one seems activated.

Ideally I would like both.

Is this a easy process or should I jump back to Windows 7? :P

I also wouldn't mind getting Eclipse PDT installed on the bad boy, so I can develop PHP applications from this desktop to get a real feel for its suitability for me.

Cheers,
Alex
