I just upgraded my Karmic kernel from 2.6.31.15 to 2.6.31.16 and suspend no longer works. It just blanks the screen and locks it. I have a Dell Inspiron 1420. Suspend worked fine on the previous kernel. Running the older kernel does not help - this seems permanently broken due to my recent update. Any ideas? Any more specific info I could add that would help?
