How to make a true full screen through Virtual Box?

I've installed Ubuntu 9.10 through Virtual Box. My problem is that when I want to get into full screen the frame of my 9.10 remains a quarter of my total screen which is disappointing because of the little size of everything. Please, how can I get to extent till really full screen?
