So i'm trying to help my friend install the newest version of ubunu. We have gotten past most of the steps/ BUT we are stuck on the mouse with a loading icon. i am scared to unplug the computer in case its not done installing. would that ruin the computer? Also some more information. His computer is really old (512 mb ram) and it has a virus on it (soft[1].htm). Will that effect it too?
