Hallo everybody!
I installed a multiuser-system. two users use KDE (kubuntu-desktop) and three use gnome. It's a Karmic Koala Ubuntu install.
Now I have a lot of problems, which I will post here in different threads:
1. I get the point that everything related to KPIM (Kmail, korganizer, kadressbook ...) is saved by Akonadi. I use a mysql database for akonadi which sits on localhost. That way different Kde-Users can share their contact and appointment data via akonadi ressources.
What about my gnome users? Is there any way to link evolution to akonadi?
Or do I really have to set up something like an exchandge server to do this?
thx for help,
piedro
