My boss has now installed Uubuntu 9.10 on his laptop with nfs shares in /etc/fstab and nis server set to local server in our company.
How can I create second boot option in GRUB. When he selects it, it should run ubuntu without mounting those shares and connecting to nis server. It's a laptop and it's meant to be portable, right?
Long time ago he had it managed somehow with runlevels, but i don't know how exactly. Nowadays, with upstart, I don't have a clue how to do it. Please help.
