Hi.
I have a photo DVD (dvd-data) with pictures of my sister's summer.
Apparently this DVD has a missing or illegal TOC (at least this is what syslog says when I put the disk into the reader).
So my question is: how do I read this DVD?
Linux refuses to. As well as Windows.
But my home DVD player CAN READ IT, and I can (fortunately) see the images in it (phew!)!
Googling around, seems that Nero can copy discs with illegal TOC.
But since I don't have a Windows+Nero setup handy, is there any way to read it using Ubuntu?
I tried several options with wodim, dd, but none helped.
photorec doesn't even detect the disk.
I hope you can help me.
thanks
