Rather a server. I see some netbooks with ARM 9 processors. So that'll be good.

Honestly, you don't want to. Something like an AMD Sempron (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103698) is cheap and much faster.

Surely a 1GHZ Snapdragon would be nicer?

I really can't wait for the Snapdragon EeePC to come out early next year i'm gagging to play about with Ubuntu on ARM.
