PHPEclipse Installation

hi i have tried to install PHPEclipse but i'm getting error.

when i searched on installing php plugin on eclipse i got this link

http://phpeclipse.sourceforge.net/update/releases

but this is not working (it may be old)

again i have searched i have got this link

http://phpeclipse.sourceforge.net/update/stable/1.2.x

please someone help me out to install the php plugins on eclipse
