This crap is just awful. If you want to scam, at least spend some time realizing a person being interviewed face to face CANNOT give out step-by-step instructions with freaking URLs in them!
This is the email:
Hey MC770, I'm not sure if you remember meeting me, I was introduced to through a friend years ago. Sorry for contacting you randomly, I'm just excited because my wife has been in the news lately and I want everyone I know to read it because I'm so proud.
I'm not sure very much of your financial situation right now but if you are like the rest of us, and looking for some help, I suggest you read her article <snip> it could be your golden ticket.
I'm now rolling im money and get to do what I really enjoy, love my life and brag about my wife
The second picture was altered with mspaint.exe, no? They could've used some creativity with the comments at the end of the page, too.
99% of websites have working links, isn't it? Damn, I wonder who the heck[ll] he wanted to trick with that. Anyone else had scams like this popping up? Either way, please just don't fall for them. #-o

It might help if the scammer could spell worth a darn in his emails.

I get many of those. Most of the time it is the rich heir of a dictator/king/[insert insanely wealthy person here] in some african country whose father has died in a plane crach/car accident/civil war/killed by insurgents or [insert cause of violent and unexpected death here].
This page is dedicated to scamming scammers and has given me a lot of good laughs:

By linking back to his URL and posting it on this forum you're going to cause a lot of people to click on it and promote traffic. If you don't want to help the scammer, remove the link in your post.

I'd vote in favor of capital punishment for scammers and telemarketers.
I'm against it in principle, but I mean, if we don't draw the line as a society, then we might as well stop trying.

Well, telemarketers are just doing their jobs. What's wrong with that? It's alright to mess with them though:

Scammers make money off of this, so they're just doing their job, too. So are hitmen, assassins, and pimps. The fact that you are being paid money does not matter.
Off with their heads.

One time I had a telemarketer call, and I acted all excited and interested, but I asked him if he could hold on for a minute. I set the phone down next to the TV so he would know I didn't hang up, and I didn't come back for about 5 minutes or more. Then I picked up the phone and he was still on there waiting. I told him I was really interested, but could he hold on a little bit longer. I could hear him saying, "Sir, Sir!"

When I was 16 I worked as a telemarketer selling people AT&T Long distance service. The trusty dialer connected me to a number and the popup screen appeared with all the information available about the number I've called, Names and address and all that jazz, I asked to speak to the woman who's name appeared first on the screen she said "Speaking." I went into my usual diatribe and she interrupted me to say "Honey, If you can get me to switch to AT&T I'll blow you," then hung up the phone.
I looked closer at the address and it turns out she lived in the same town I was calling from (small town in Iowa). To this day I still wonder if I should have just slammed her and dropped by.
