This is the response I got from ENTERCOM.

ur customer support team personnel has replied to your support request

Thanks for your email,

The Linux OS is not officially supported at the moment. Try uninstalling and
reinstalling the Flash Media player component from the latest build available
for your Linux distribution.

the version dansar has in Ubuntu 9.10 is 10,0,32,18

I asume there may be later revision of this for linux

on a system here XP shows 10,0,32,18

The above had me totaly confused! as to the reasons why

dansar had expressed his wishes to use linux

but also could not understand RE: Flash Player Works on XP but not on Ubuntu9.10

.................................................. .................................................. .............
I think the above is self explanatory
'''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' '''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' '''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' '
But will leave this thread open for your points of view and comments

Please on this one Keep it clean

Try adding the Medibuntu repository to your software sources:

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Medibuntu#Adding%20the%20Repository

This should install the latest flashplayer and other useful media-related things.

Well it works for me.

Go to this page and it will automatically download:

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/thankyou/?installer=Flash_Player_10_for_Linux_(.deb)

double click on the file and click install.

PS: Flash on Linux sucks. Its num#1 problem is that it uses too much CPU than it should. However on a fast CPU PC you shouldn't notice.

I think with drivers its important to always get the latest and not install old versions in the ubuntu repositories.
