Problem with driver installation

when i open any mp3 song.then i search for plugin.but it can't search.so i'm not able to download plugin through search.:p:p

First things first - it's not a driver, it's a codec.
Open a terminal
Applications -> Accessories -> Terminal

sudo apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras
