Everybody can write down in the simple PHP code
(no sql required)
and it updates it :)
cool idea
I cant find the code, and cannot code it myself :-(

You'd have to ask the site owner if they'd be willing to share their source, not us. :)
If you're looking for a multi-person editor, try Gobby (apt:gobby).
(Or IRC, as we all know that is just multiplayer notepad.)

gobby sounds cool; but is there a backend console based for it??
how secured is it? does it use SSL or SSH? it is difficult to see on the website
