I have an HP Mini 1151. I got this from Verizon (I won it at a corporate Verizon event - I have no contract with them for the data plan).
I figured out how to setup a dual boot to keep the XP just until I can really play with UNR more (more than I wanted to while booted to a USB drive). Side note - UNR install should be able to resize and do this in an easier way).
My issue is that it does not see the wireless card. I have toggled the hardware switch (which turns on and off wireless) with no luck. When I turn off wifi with that switch, Ubuntu does drop its wireless. Then it comes back when I turn it back up. This switch turns both on and off at the same time. Wireless works in XP. XP sees the wifi card as Broadcom 802.1bg. When I ran UNR it prompted me with some unsigned driver stuff for these (I did nothing either way). But full UNR install does not give me these. How can I get this working WIFI?
