Making a custom dvd

Hi
I've just switched to linux an it is great.
I've made my "perfect ubuntu" in my laptop.
I'd like to share it with some friends, and I'd like to know:
Can I turn my hd installation into an installable dvd?? something like a distro of my laptop.

Basically I've solved all kind of doubts by searching the forums, but this I cant solve. Maybe I need to search in some other way.
