Hi can any on tell me how I can up grade my Evolution Email program to the new Evolution 2.28.1 software.

Not sure what version you are using but have a look in your Package manager as it is in Karmic Koala (9.10) package manager, then installation is straight forward (right click on the package and mark for installation).

Hi I'm using Ubuntu 9.4 and the Evolution that can with it but want to up grad it to the newer Evolution 2.28.1 But when I install it I need to know what you do to set it up so that I can start it or can you tell me how to use the term to get it?

davidw19125, You could downloaded it from: http://projects.gnome.org/evolution/download.shtml I have never upgraded Evolution this way, I have gone away from Evolution as sometimes I have not received e-mails sent to me & I have had problems when I have sent e-mails they have never got to the recipient not sure if it's Evolution or my ISP. I have downloaded upgraded version of "me-tv" from launchpad.net and had no problems running them in either 9.04 or 9.10. Your call, TopEnder
