This plague (Jeremy Kyle, not coffee or tea drinking) has spread as far as New Zealand?

It appears as though this is a contagion that could not be contained. As a native of the UK I am so sorry you have to be subjected to this.gl

Me too :)

Can't beat a good cuppa...

I don't like coffee, been drinking several cups of tea a day since I was 1. It's gradually increased, I'm now on about 10 cups a day and literally can't live without it... I get nervous and confused without my tea :P

Wow, I usually drink tea when I go out to eat, I was addicted a while back when I started making it at the house regularly, I was up to about 10 cups a day then.

I only drink water - as nature intended. :D

Coffee, tea, and colas are all acidic (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alkaline_diet). The caffeine can seriously screw up your sleep cycles and make you drowsy every moment of your life except when you're high on caffeine. Alcoholic drinks are even more acidic, and can dull your mind long after the primary effects of alcohol wear off. Sure, they have antioxidants (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antioxidant) - all plant-based foods do, and many things you can put in your salad have a lot more. Milk is nothing but diluted animal mucus filled with hormones, sterols, and other nasty stuff. (Yes, I'm also a vegan.) Juices are high in sugar, often contain unhealthy additives, and can never match the nutritional value of the fresh fruits / vegetables they are made from.

One thing that strikes me about this show is that a lot of the guests (?) look as if they should get out in the sun more, instead of bickering with each other.
