I had songbird with the ipod plugin installed and everything was working fine on ubuntu 9.04. Now since the upgrade to 9.10 my songbird works for playing music but i cannot get the ipod to be recognized in songbird anymore.I have removed and reinstalled the ipod plugin and also removed and reinstalled songbird. I have been removing songbird by sudo apt-get remove --purge songbird When i do this it doesnt remove the other plugins, so it does seem like there is some more files that needs to be removed or reset.
