Hi all,
I think this is one feature that is used by lots of users and this thread can be used to track down issues for the same.
Following are the issues that I've stumbled upon :
Not all settings are persisted
Flash drive wearing off due to continuous read/writes
Flash drive getting filled up gradually
Uninstalling packages using synaptic manager, actually fills up USB
I have searched many forums and seems that customizing live usb to tackle issue 2 is available for STAX, but not sure if it works for ubuntu.
If we can get rid of these issues, it would be really beneficial for the whole Ubuntu community.
