Total beginners needs help

I running my pc from slitaz on a usb pendrive because the computer only booted from *******. I really wanted to get a rid of ******* and install ubuntu. But now if i do not plug the usb when I boot the computer say that there is not a operating system.

My question is. How can I install ubuntu in my hdd from slitaz?

Notice that my computer is a TOSHIBA SATELLITE MS30 BIOS V.1.3O THAT CAN NOT BE BOOT FROM CD/DVD

You can use Unetbootin to create a bootable Ubuntu Live USB drive.

Why not? If you're having errors installing Unetbootin in SliTaz, I suggest asking on the Unetbootin forum (http://www.boot-land.net/forums/index.php?showforum=79).
