Hey everyone.First off, this is only my second day with Ubuntu,as I have always been a windows user,so far,I love it!
I installed Wine,no problem. Then installed a windows program called audacity,no problem. So I started to install Itunes and it hung up and stopped responding during instalation. Now I am left with some of the "bonjour" and "quicktime files,in the wine directory that I cannot remove, not with the wine uninstaller OR through the wine/programs/quicktime/uninstall method. It says its uninstalling it but its still there.Any help is greatly appreciated.

PS. I even uninstalled wine and reinstalled it.

Uninstalling wine is pointless (unless you don't want to run windows programs) you need to run these commands instead http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#head-9893ae50079ca7a959258f0bc9a17aaf2e69b391

Audacity are you talking about the sound editor?
audacity sound editor has a version for Linux so
there is no need to use wine for this it is in
the software center and synaptic.

No, I installed Audacity fine. It was iTunes that gave me the problem in wine. Now I can't remove the leftovers.

You removed itunes wine will not remove it or
anything from the menu. You can remove it by going
to system->preference->main menu and unchecking it
from the wine menu only uncheck the entry you want
gone
