I think my flash plugin is broken, synaptic gives me this message:
E: The package adobe-flashplugin needs to be reinstalled, but I can't find an archive for it.
E: Internal error opening cache (1). Please report.

What should i do?

Try changing your download mirror in the system-->admin--> software sources should sort the problem out for you :)

I am unable to remove flash plugin, when i open synamptic, i get this message :
E: The package adobe-flashplugin needs to be reinstalled, but I can't find an archive for it.
E: Internal error opening cache (1). Please report.

I click ok, then synaptic closes, so i don't get the chance to remove the package.

Update manager tells me the software index is broken
