I'm going to set up a web site, first on one of my home machines running apache2, then likely hosted on a commercial server.

I realize that I need to come up to speed on web design and likely php and sql (LAMP).

Can anybody recommend good "getting stated" web articles or books on these subjects? I went to the apache site and they don't really have a getting started section. I've already installed apache2 and have the opening "It Works" file, but it's time to learn more.

I'm running 9.10.

Thanks in advance
