karmic offline upgrade

Anybody?

Is it possible to perform an upgrade from Jaunty to Karmic without access to the internet? If it is, please can someone point me to a post/FAQ showing me how to do it.

Basically, what you do, is download the alternative live disk and a message will pop up to "upgrade the system".
