View Full Version : So I got myself an Android phone...

...and it's a G1 with no SIM running Cyanogen Mod.

I downloaded a few apps essential to me (twidroid, Facebook, etc.) and a few extra apps (DOOM, Frodo C64, Craig's Race), but my phone still feels a little light. Any recommended apps?

Thanks! I've tried a few of those apps, Tesla looks really interesting too. Is there any apps to use the G1 as a wifi adapter?

The g1 is a great phone (I'm posting from mine now)

Throttlecopter is an adictive game
Shazam is impressive
Dizzler is good for streaming music for free (Spotify is great if you have a prremium account..

Abduction! - Quite a fun game to play
Fly Screen - Replaces the lock screen with handy news widgets you can scroll thro as well as facebook twitter weather etc now i get all my tech news from it
Last.fm - Speaks for itself
Task Manager
Spare Parts - Settings extra adds a few more features

I have a HTC Hero now but i used to use ahome mini with some cool themes.
