I burned the iso for kbuntu to a cd-rw and used Ashampoo to burn. I am trying to install it on an older system (P2, 320Mb RAM). the problem is that I get a "non-system disc error" when tryiung to boot form the CD. The drive has been wiped clean; recently reformatted. What am I doing wrong?

I have read several times that CD-RW often don't work. Try again with a CD-R
check the md5sum on the iso before you burn it, burn it as slow as possible, and run the CD check before you try and install from it.
