importing data from Outlook express into evolution

Hi everyone,

What is the easiest way to do this? I read some docs online (http://www.howtoforge.com/importing_outlook_express_into_thunderbird_evoluti on) about importing outlook into thunderbird.. then setting up thunderbird on ubuntu.. copying the files into there.. then importing that into evolution.

Is that really the easiest way?
