Gufw not available in repos

Hi Ubuntu users of the world.
I've been using Ubuntu for about a year. I just erased Ubuntu 9.4 and installed 9.10 and tryed to install Firewall Configuration which I believe is Gufw (correct me if I'm wrong) from Ubuntu Software Center; there is a dialogue that it is not available.
By the way, I was offline.

You can't install when you are offline (unless you have setup off-line repositories, which I expect you didn't).

Btw I like the graphical interface of firestarter better then gufw
