hello there... i wouldn't know how to install flash player. i'm new in ubuntu and i don't know how the OS works... i couldn't watch videos and i click on the install missing plug-ins which pop up at the page but to no avail... could you please sho me how to resolve this problem? thank you veery much for your help...i appreciate it very much...

to install flash, get the .deb package for flash here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/. then install it and you will be able to watch all the videos you want ;)

Open Terminal (Applications -> Accessories) and execute:
sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree

It will ask you for password which is your ubuntu user password.
