View Full Version : [kde] Ubuntu With Kubuntu

I installed kubuntu desktop (apt-get install kubuntu-desktop) than I decided to remove it by typing apt-get remove kubuntu-desktop but all
K appllications and config files remained in the system . How to remove Them?

did you do sudo apt-get autoremove ?

try typing it in terminal...
since kubuntu has been removed, the kdelibs might be obsolete. so apt-get remove might remove them

ps: nice KDE version of now ;)

Ithink I totally messed up this part of the system by erasing the kde packages via aptitude , now I´ll have do to all the manually ...
