9.04 Roll Back

I have decided to roll back to 9.04. But I lack the know how to remove 9.10 boot details from my boot screen. I have happily run pure Ubuntu since June 09 but after starting a Cisco course need to dual boot again. I have several Ubuntu options within the boot option menu but would like, for neatness to simply have a choice between Ubuntu and windows.

There is no way to "rollback". You must do a clean install of 9.04.
