Know a windows sudo implementation that does?

I don't use Windows enough to bother with something like sudo. I just set up an admin account to do all the installations, and a limited user for everyday stuff.

Yes, but it is very annoying to switch back and forth to the admin account each time I want to install everything, especially when I install so much at one time usually. Also, some applications need to run as admin just to function.
