F-spot-type app for video clips?

I'm not too hopeful for this one... but I was just wondering if anyone knew of an application that does for short video clips what F-spot does for photos? I mean, quickly and easily download them, sort them by date, display them as thumbnails, make it easy to add various tags and so on.

Anyone know if such a thing exists?
