I'm really wanting the Nokia N900 (http://maemo.nokia.com/n900/). It looks amazing.

What about you guys? Remember, it has to be a "Linux gift", so it must be related to Linux in one way.

A hard drive! Some RAM! A graphics card! A small LCD!
Hard drive is failing, 1GB of RAM is starting to be a little thin sometimes, and my AGP ATI 2400 is very badly supported, both in Windows when I ran it and in Linux. A 10.1" screen is much too small for me to code on.

The great thing is that those doing the buying don't know anything about tech. I tell them what I want when they ask, so they tell me to basically buy it myself. With their money, of course.

Motorola Droid - I had my hands on one recently at a Verizon store and I was impressed with the Android OS, so much that the phone is now at the top of the "wish list."

Second external HDD would be nice, back up my back ups! Also looking at a HDD Freeview recorder. Dropping hints for both, hopefully one of them will register!

I would love a System 76 laptop, but I can't afford it.

I can dream, though ;)

-4*2TB SATA HDDs for a raid 5 array in my storage box
-Another 8TB of HDDs for a second backup box (likely to happen in the form of me picking up people's used HDDs for free, I've already got 3TB of them sitting in a pile)
-The openoffice mouse (just in case it's released by then)
-One of the new eee-pcs with a touch screen (by the looks of it they only come with windows this time around though, so I may have to buy a used one, I am not giving money to asus+microsoft for this idiotic decision)
-A new SLR camera. I lost the last one during a soaring accident
-A replacement for an aging 1200*1600 secondary screen. I've been browsing for a while, does any major retailer even sell non-widescreen 19+" LCDs anymore? wtf.
-128GB runcore SSD, an upgrade for my eee pc 901.

Of course, it all runs or will run/run on GNU/Linux shortly after purchase.

Yeah, I've been saving my university scholarship for a couple of months now, and I'm lucky enough not to have anyone I have to buy anything for.
