Sorry I don't have a lot of information, I still haven't figured my way around this thing yet.
I just installed ubuntu (hardy heron 8.04) earlier today and none of the edges are showing up on my screen (42" Sony Bravia). Not quite sure if there's a setting to move the edges inwards or not but there isn't one on my television. I tried adjusting the resolution but the only other option made everything huge and none of it would even fit on the screen. Any help appreciated, sorry if it's been brought up I tried a search but my choice of words probably weren't the greatest.
