.fluxbox/apps file fails to hide my terminal

I set rxvt-unicode as hidden in my apps file but it remains visible on the toolbar. This option works on my other computers which run Arch Linux but not under Ubuntu. Any suggestions? The content of my apps file is as follows:

Well I am still not sure what is wrong with the version in the repos, but I compiled it myself and it works fine now. I also noticed that the ubuntu version didn't hide the programs running on other desktops. That is a pretty horrible configuration
