Gnome controls theme to match default login screen?

I really like the default theme used for the gdm login screen in 9.10/karmic. The icons (for accessibility options, keyboard layout, etc) are white with a glow-like effect. (At least this was the default for me - some screenshots from before the release that I found while searching show different icons)

I would like my theme to match this after login. As far as I've been able to tell, what I want is matching formatting/graphics for the "controls" part of the theme.

I imagine this must already exist somewhere, but I've been unable to find it. Does anybody know where I might look?
