Looking for a Composite Video to VGA cable.

I have a CRT tv monitor with a composite video i/o and a laptop with a VGA i/o. I've been looking online on ebay/craigslist/best buy and other websites to find a cheap cable. The items that show up are in box forms and I've seen simple cables to complete the task of displaying your laptop screen on to your CRT TV screen.

Any suggestions? I'm looking every where!

Thanks,
Ron

Closest I could find: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16882339047&cm_re=vga_to_rca-_-82-339-047-_-Product

WARNING:

This adapter works with graphics cards that have TV-Out function capability through the VGA connector.

Check your Video Card manual or manufacturer to make sure that your VGA card has TV-Out function capability

Your video card must support S-Video out via VGA - MOST DO NOT. You need to have a particular card that can output the S-Video/Composite signal type over VGA. Some Matrox cards do this. NVidia and ATI cards won't. Your laptop won't, etc.
The cable works fine, it is your card that isn't providing the signal needed.

Most video cards do NOT provide the functionality to use this cable. If your video card says it supports "TV Out", it most likely is NOT talking about "S-Video over VGA", as most cards do NOT work that way.
