Texas Local Community Team Communication
If you would like to become more involved in the community please let us know (ubuntu-us-tx@lists.ubuntu.com).
The state of Texas is very big and we include many areas.
You can contact the team here (ubuntu-us-tx@lists.ubuntu.com) by mail. We also have an
active chat room where you can ask a question or find someone nearby here (http://java.freenode.net//index.php?channel=ubuntu-us-tx).
Many areas have regular meetings and you are welcome to take part either by
chat (http://java.freenode.net//index.php?channel=ubuntu-us-tx) or in person. We welcome your participation.
Our state wiki page can be found here (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/TexasTeam) where you might find an established
group to join. You can also find a member nearby by visiting our Members List. (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/TexasTeam/Members)
If you team has a wiki please keep it up to date. If you currently have no wiki
page for you Team please go here (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/HelpOnEditing) it will explain how you create your page/s.
Many things that are discussued on the forum may seem confusing especially
to a new user or a perspective new member to our Statewide community.
