Gnome-panel and dual monitors

I have a problem that I'd like to fix but I can't seem to find the solution in any of the configuration programs on my Ubuntu box. I have a dual monitor setup with an Nvidia video card in a Twinview configuration. I would like to stretch my gnome panel across both screens, but I don't see a way to do this.

Anybody know what the trick is?
