compiling FLENS after lapas and lapack libraries names were changed ??

Ubuntu/Linux:- Packages (libraries) names were changed, now i've errors in "making" the library. ?!?
this line was to install dependencies
apt-get install atlas3-base atlas3-headers lapack3-pic refblas3-dev

it didnt work, so i asked some people and they told that these libraries' names were changed, thus this line worked succesfully:-
apt-get install libatlas-base-dev liblapack-pic

the problem now, when i "make" another library called FLENS, (the last 2 libraries are its dependencies), i get this error

i guess the error is in the files that respond to make instruction, well
the question is which file(s) should i find in and repair them ???
and what should i replace also ?
