Just thought this might be cool, voting up this bug report may mean we get the ability to "pin" tasks in "Smooth Tasks", which is basically KDE's equivalent to the superbar.

As much as I love KDE 4, I have to admit the superbar is cool and I think the better support we have for it... the better! :)

Thanks all, see you laterrrr :)

oh ok, doesn't more votes mean it gets even more noticed though? Sorry, I am new to bugzilla! xD

Yeah, I'd sort of like this functionality too, so I voted this bug up.

what actually is pinning tasks ? What is the advantage ? Before voting , I think I should know this.

If I understood correctly, it's the ability to transform tasks into launchers. Currently, Smooth Tasks only works as a taskbar. Did I get this right? I don't use KDE.

If an idea is genuinely useful, where it came from is irrelevant.

To be completely honest, I don't actually care where it comes from, either. :P

Are you simply deliberately trying to start a conflict, then? Bad, bad boy! ;)

(sorry for being rude man but you have to admit your post would have struggled to be less useful...)
