I try to Upgrading Using the Alternate CD 9.10 but after enter cd in the CD-rom no pop-up window came,

that dialog box is not displayed. after that I run the following command using Alt+F2:
gksu "sh /cdrom/cdromupgrade"but nothing happen. so you can help to me update to

ya... you didn't get my problem i try without net connection. may be u genius in linux but i'm student, i fallowed Ubuntu official site update note plz give your of Beginners or General Help instead link
