Is it up for anyone else? I just reinstalled using mini.iso, and can't seem to get anything from it with apt-get.

It's being weird for me too. I hate security.ubuntu.com . I just comment it out of my sources.list, and uncomment a day after.

Just checked and it is down for both 9.10 and Lucid development.
