System theme and File Browser theme problem

Anybody knows how to fix File Browser theme which is not following to system theme.

And System theme returns back to original theme after every time i restart or shutdown. I have to go to "Change Desktop Background" to change the theme i want again.

Themes of Firefox, Rhythmbox Music Player, Synaptic Package Manager, etc are fine, apart from File Browser theme has a problem.

Any help is appreciated.

I had this problem too. All it required was restarting the computer to refresh the theme.
